Rana Sikandar Hayat Minister Education Punjab has indicated on social media that he is thinking about the cancellation of Saturday Holiday for Students in Punjab Schools.

In a move to make up for lost academic days due to unexpected closures from severe smog and other disruptions, the Punjab School Education Department is reportedly planning to abolish the traditional Saturday holiday in schools.
